Our combined High Point and Greensboro, North Carolina facilities equate to over 300,000 square feet under roof and house our sheet metal and pipe prefabrication, our structural fabrication and casing construction activities, our air handling unit construction and off-site construction activities as well as our engineering and support teams that allow us to be able to design and build pre-manufactured modules and ship them anywhere in the world.

EAS Off Site Construction is the state-of-the-art, fully integrated, smart way to complete the heart of your building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure including central utility plants, penthouses and data centers. INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

EAS assesses the project’s requirements and designs an innovative solution to achieve the desired result. Once created, the plan is submitted to the client for feedback. EAS in turn incorporates the feedback into the design, obtains final client approval and builds the unit at the plant, providing full coordination for all the trades.

Project management is our passion and provides our customers with the assurance that we’ll attend to every detail.

UNPARALLELED EXPERIENCE

The process treats the pre-design, design, tender, construction and occupancy phases of a project as fully integrated tasks. This approach requires a team consisting of the Project Owner, Project Executive and Senior Project Manager, joined in a non-adversarial relationship. This project management structure provides the Project Owner with the opportunity to participate fully in the process.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY

When it comes to ensuring safe working practices on the job, no firm is more committed to safety than EAS.

#1 PRIORITY

The company’s Experience Modification Rate is one of the lowest in the industry. EAS requires its Field Superintendents to complete an OSHA 30-hour Outreach Training Course for Construction, and to receive the National Safety Council Standard First Aid with AED training.
